Using Glove.
Glove is provided by Sterling Digital Partners Inc. These terms describe the service, your account and the records you receive.
The service
Glove retrieves public property records for supported counties and returns a shareable property sheet in your connected AI assistant. Using Glove means agreeing to these terms. Contact chris@sterlingdp.com with questions before connecting.
Your account
Use an account you are authorized to use, review the permissions requested by your assistant, and keep access tokens and sign-in keys private. You are responsible for requests made through your connection. Contact us if you believe someone else has access.
Free trial and credits
The first five packets are free. Your balance is shown at sign-in. A completed packet uses one credit, including a packet with missing records. Checking your balance or answering a request for missing city and state uses no credit. Credits do not refill automatically. No paid pricing is offered on this page.
Working with the records
Coverage and returned fields depend on the property, jurisdiction and county systems. A county link may require a manual search. A missing result does not establish that a record does not exist. Review the linked sources, dates and gaps before sharing a sheet or relying on it.
Glove provides a first look at public records. It does not supply an appraisal, title opinion, survey, legal or tax advice, underwriting, or an entitlement determination. County assessed values are not a broker’s market valuation. Confirm decisions with the responsible agency or professional.
Appropriate use
Use Glove lawfully and within your account’s permissions. Do not attempt to access another account’s records, bypass authentication or usage limits, or disrupt the service. The county sites and your AI assistant have their own terms. Source links do not grant rights beyond those provided by the source.
Availability and stopping use
County outages and changes can affect results, and coverage may change. You may stop using Glove by disconnecting it in your assistant. For account closure or questions about stored data, contact support; disconnecting alone does not delete account data.
